About Us

Quality Care Cleaners LLC is a cleaning company in Tulare, CA started by Monica Castro. 

"I had a career in the medical field and loved what I did, beacause I love helping others. Before starting Quality Care Cleaners I had become discouraged by the medical field and its lack of compassion for patients and for the employees. I knew I wanted to do something that would make a difference in peoples lives.  

So my journey began. I started researching chemicals, their usage, ingredients and material care. Looked into training courses for cleaning. I didn't want to just start a cleaning company, I wanted to be as professional as possible. 

 I then started Quality Care Cleaners and my goal was to bring happiness to work spaces, creating smiles with clean and healthy offices. To homes, cleaning vacant homes for new tenants to start their new journeys on a positive foot. To vacations, by setting the precedent to a  guests' trip with clean short term rentals everytime.

 I have found a love for what I do, and I think what sets us apart is that not only do I care for your experience with us, but also those that work for me. I make sure I hire those who can successfully duplicate what I love doing by treating them with respect, care, and praise. Its really been a crazy ride, changing professions, but I'm glad I did because it's definitely been worth it. " -Monica

Do you guarantee services? 

YES! 

Mistakes happen, but we don't want our clients to pay for a service without feeling like they didn't receive the best quality of work. So in that case, after services have been completed and paid, clients have 24 hours to notify us of anything missed and we will schedule a follow-up asap, within 5 days to allow for scheduling.

How does pricing work?

Our pricing is based off the scope of work. Each job is different and will require a different level of work. By scheduling a walk through we are able to examine the project and get any minor or major details you would like included. From there, we estimate the amount of time it will take, the amount of labor needed for the job,  and materials needed. 

What can I expect during a walk through?

During a walk-through you can expect it to last about 15-30 minutes. We will walk through and go over all the expectations you have for us, like what is important during your cleaning and what does not need to be done, in the case of future painting or renovations. A walk-through all serves purpose for us as cleaners so we are aware the scope of work needing to be completed. (ex: a 2 adult households kitchen may see less traffic and use than an 8 person household with 6 small children.)  At the end of your walk through you will be contacted within 24hrs with your cleaning proposal that will include price, details, and time it will take to complete.
